Tax Information
US & AU: Fully tax-inclusive for all products
Canada: Customers will be subject to local GST, PST or HST charges
UK: Customers will be subject to VAT and customs charges
Rest of the world: Please check with your local country customs regarding taxes and charges.
Shipping & Delivery
We are pleased to offer shipping worldwide. Our stock is shipped from our following warehouse locations:
- Australia for orders within AU/NZ
- United States for US & CAN orders
- London for UK & EU orders (coming soon)
- Hong Kong for all orders within Asia (coming soon)
All our deliveries come with tracking information that is sent to the customer upon dispatch from our fulfillment centers.
In most cases we will use the nearest warehouse to your location, however in rare instances where stock is unavailable, we will dispatch from an alternative warehouse to minimize the delay on fulfilling orders.
Shipping Times
THE COOLIO & STRAW KIT: NOW SHIPPING.
Orders for our tumblers are processed the same day and dispatched the next business day. Our hats take ten to fourteen days.
At the moment we do not offer express shipping. Our standard shipping times are 12-17 business days if fulfilled locally, and up to 20 business days if dispatched internationally.
COVID-19 Update
Due to COVID-19, global logistics and freight have been heavily impacted, so unfortunately delivery arrival times cannot be guaranteed. However all orders come with a tracking number so you will receive the most up-to-date information.
