How long does it keep things cold?
The Coolio can keep things cold for up to 10 hours. We recommend using ice packs instead of ice cubes. We put ice cubes for drinks in a zip lock bag and place in the interior zippered pocket.

What if the Coolio breaks or is damaged?
We offer a one year manufacturer's warranty which means we will repair or replace any damage from defective materials or workmanship. This does not mean normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
